Dr. Frankenstein's monsters, each a grotesque masterpiece, haunted the depths of his forsaken laboratory, forgotten by the world but eternally bound to their creator's dark legacy. This Valentine’s, the doors creak open, inviting the brave to witness the horrors that lurk within Dr. Frankenstein's realm of monsters.

At The Haunt in Atascadero, we bring your darkest nightmares to life with an immersive haunted experience like no other. Tickets are available for specific dates and times, allowing you to choose the exact level of thrill you’re ready to face.

  • Bring your friends! Group discounts are automatically applied when you purchase four (4) or more tickets, making it the perfect night out for a group of thrill-seekers.

  • For Haunted Tours, we recommend that visitors be 12 years old. Younger guests are welcome when accompanied by an adult who feels they can handle the fright.

  • Night Terrors and Lights-on Tours are only available in the fall. There are no Night Terrors or Lights-on Tour for our Haunted Valentine’s.

If you prefer to buy tickets in person, the ticket booth will open 15 minutes before the first tour begins. Tickets are limited, and availability cannot be guaranteed, especially on busy nights. To ensure availability, we recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time.

  • For Halloween Haunt: Choose a date from the calendar and then choose a time.

    • Timed entries are in 45 minutes sections. Ex. If you select 6:30pm, this timed entry opens between 6:30pm and 7:15pm.

    • Halloween weekend usually sells out. We will do our best to get you in on time. Regardless, if you are in line, you will get in.

    For Valentine’s Day Haunt: Choose a date from the calendar.

  • Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your time slot.

    If you're more than 10 minutes late for your time slot, you'll be added to the standby line. We'll do what we can to fit you in.

  • Groups going through The Haunt will be limited to 4 people in each group for maximum enjoyment.

  • A very limited number of walk-up guests will be admitted.

    If tickets are sold out ONLINE, no additional tickets will be available at the box office.

    The box office opens 15 minutes before the first tour starts.

  • Refund Policy: No refunds or returns.

    Cancellation Policy: An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.

    Parking

    • All parking is free.

    • THE HAUNT has limited off-street parking in back. Take extreme caution as you turn in, there will be many pedestrians and people crossing the street.

    • Some street parking is available.
