1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States. Must be age 13 or older to enter. If under 18, parental/guardian permission is required. Void where prohibited.

2. How to Enter
Submit your idea for The Haunt’s next theme through the official contest webpage form at [The Haunt in Atascadero website]. Only submissions made via the online form will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. Entry Period
The contest begins on October 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on November 1, 2025. Submissions received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a VIP Experience for 4 at The Haunt in Atascadero during the 2026 season. The VIP Experience includes:

• Front-of-line entry for winner + 3 guests on a public night

• Backstage mini-tour (5–10 minutes, supervised)

• Exclusive Haunt mini-merch bundle (Haunt T-Shirt)

• Opportunity to trigger one supervised scare gag (“Scare a Friend”)

• Approximate retail value: $150. Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
All eligible entries will be reviewed by The Haunt team. A winning submission will be selected based on creativity, originality, and thematic fit. Final decision rests solely with The Haunt in Atascadero. Winner will be notified by email on or about November 2, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Rights to Submitted Ideas
By entering, you grant The Haunt in Atascadero the right to use, adapt, modify, and publicly share your submitted theme idea in perpetuity, without additional compensation. The Haunt may use submitted ideas as inspiration for future attractions, whether or not your entry is selected as the winner.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected (name, email, ZIP code) will be used only to administer this contest, notify winners, and, if you opt in, to receive Haunt marketing updates. Your information will not be sold or shared outside The Haunt.

8. General Conditions
The Haunt reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the contest.
